Total Compensation

At TTGI, we structure salaries to be competitive with market conditions.  In addition to competitive salaries, our total compensation package includes a number of valuable benefits, including generous insurance options as well as 401(k) retirement plans. The value we provide to our team members goes well beyond their paycheck, and we are committed to providing a compensation plan the supports our team in the most wholistic way possible.

Health and Wellness

TTGI offers two options for medical coverage, allowing our team to choose the plan that best meets their needs. These options include a traditional PPO medical plan as well as a high-deductible plan (with an affordable deductible level for both individual and family options).  In addition to medical, TTGI offers excellent Dental and Vision coverage in addition to company provided Life Insurance, Accidental Death, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability. 

We also offer health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options, which offer pre-tax payroll deductions and a tax-free benefit for qualified medical expenses. The "dependent care" FSA allows team members to use pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent-care expenses.

Holidays

TTGI grants 11 paid holidays per company fiscal year.

Paid Personal Leave (PPL)

Our team starts accruing PPL on their first day of employment and our plan is designed to encourage work life balance – including early access to time off, when needed, for newer team members.

Other Leave

Paid absences are authorized for jury duty, bereavement, and military reserve service. Eligible team members are granted full access to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for qualifying situations.
