The Tolliver Group, Inc. (TTGI) Announces Acquisition of Catalyst Technical Consulting Group (CTC Group), Expanding Mission-Focused Defense and Intelligence Capabilities
Huntsville, Alabama — December 1, 2025 — The Tolliver Group, Inc. (TTGI), a leading provider of training, logistics, programmatic, and technical services to the U.S. Department of War, today announced the acquisition of Catalyst Technical Consulting Group (CTC Group), a Small Business recognized for its intelligence, engineering, and unmanned systems capabilities.
The acquisition strengthens TTGI’s position as a trusted, performance-driven partner to defense and federal customers by expanding expertise in operations, intelligence training, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), and mission-critical engineering support.

Under the terms of the agreement, CTC Group will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TTGI. All existing contracts, customer commitments, and operational teams will continue without interruption during the integration period.
